NA Very Good
N.d., circa 1900. 14 by 9 cm. The baby is writing in a Sutterlin Schrift that is virtually unreadable to a modern German. However, the captions on the ten views of the hidden leporello are all very legible, and include the Schloss Wilhelme, the Schlossplatz, the Johanneskirche, the Landestheater, the Hauptbahnhof, etc. Of greatest appeal is the utter novelty of the item -- how often were miniature souvenir views hidden under a baby's garment? A written letter/note written on the backside. Light wear to the image.
