8vo. 21.5 by 15 cm. 60 pp. This is a program for a parade, concert and other festivities deliberately modeled by the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce on the Mystique Krewes of New Orleans who do their stuff during Mardi Gras. The impetus was a desire to make the State Fair more successful. The first Karnival was in 1905. Scarce, with the only copies of such programs indicated on OCLC being at Syracuse University and Onondaga County Library.
