The book chronicles in a flippant style a trip from England to Paris and then back again. Illustrations of ships, coaches, the people and sights encountered along the way and in Paris. Tooley 362. Quite uncommon, with OCLC showing 7 copies (Yale, Newberry, Transylvania, Sachsisches Landesbibliothek, Brown, Huntington, BNF), Condition: old rebacking, inconspicuously, with now small holes in the spine cloth. Some soiling of the pages, but illustrations remain bright and fresh. Cloth case with many spots of discoloration, and some threads fraying.
