Dating based on small print code on first page -- we aren't 100 percent certain this stands for date, but overall appearance is entirely consistent with this date. Oblong, 14 b 26.5 cm. 26 pp. Printed in blue and white. Following illustration of the company's main office and factory in Cromwell, CT, illustrations of 15 toy guns, most of which are shown one per page, and 17 toy banks, safes and ranges. The toy banks include some that are now popular collectibles -- and also later reproduced toy banks -- among them, the "Jolly Nigger" bank, the "William Tell" bank, "Teddy and the Bear" bank, and the "Kicking Mule" bank. The toy guns bear names such as "Pluck", "Zip", "King", "Gip", "Colt", and "Comet". Scarce, with only copy listed on OCLC First Search, not the exact same catalogue, at the Connecticut Historical Society. Condition: light dampstain running through about half of the pages by the spine fold -- the stain lightens as one progresses, and is never disconcerting or overly conspicuous, even at its worst.
