Measuring 27.5 by 24 cm. Scarce, with no copies found on OCLC First Search. With five pinwheels allowing for countless attire combinations. This was created supposedly as a learning tool by Newbury, an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Kentucky at the time. The back of the color picture of the little girl whose clothing and accessories can be played with via the pinwheels is an explanation of the toy's purpose, and we are also there informed that a mechanical patent was applied for. Condition: the toy has light soiling on its back. The envelope has some crude scotch tape repairs, some edge chipping and browning overall, but it is intact and a valuable complement to the toy itself.
